“Unique locations, intriguing concepts. Fully immersive dining experience with an incredible party, it’s always a secret.” – @secretsupperparty

Towards the end of 2019 we were approached to work on the first two of a series of very unique events, the Secret Supper Parties. Held in the New Forest these two events featured an intimate gathering of guests for dinner and partying into the night.

Offering us a glimpse into these whimsical wonderlands is @becky_takes_photos, thank you for all the incredible shots.

Both events were passionately themed, September’s party welcomed guests into a Woodland Wonderland, whilst a chilly night in November saw guests invited into the home of a Winter Circus. The themes were vividly brought to life with beautiful props and decor whilst guests were guided through their experiences by captivating performers and artists.

DJ sets played throughout the events, providing background music over dinner and presiding over the dance floor into the early hours. We supplied Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 decks and Nexo PAs bringing power and clarity to the music.

Lighting played a key part in bringing the immersive experieces to life, complimenting the themes of the evenings capturing their every detail.

We were given complete creative control when it came to lighting, this is when we are at our best, passiontely transforming a theme into an experience through theatrical lighting design.

Using a selection of effects including uplighting, gobos, festoons, and moving lights for the dance floors; we carefully select fixtures best suited to the job taking pride in making sure nothing is intrusive that would ruin the illusion.
