This one was truly something special.
Madison and Robbie’s wedding was the perfect blend of Texas warmth and UK charm. A celebration that brought guests together from around the globe.
Working alongside Emma from Martha and the Meadows, we brought their vision to life. We designed an immersive experience combining intricate florals and french empire chandeliers inside a beautifully styled three-pole marquee by DP Marquees, with furniture by Virginia Vintage Hire. Chandeliers, soft florals, and layered lighting brought texture and elegance to every corner of the space, transforming a clear space into something truly unique.
The ceremony took place outside, nestled in the natural aisle of trees at 10 Castle Street. A location that felt straight out of a fairytale. Despite the rainy start to the day, the skies cleared just in time. With elegant chandelier arches, a floral altar, and subtle uplighting down the aisle, we created a magical atmosphere perfect for guests to immerse themselves in the main celebration of the day. We also provided full audio coverage for vows and readings, making sure every moment was crystal clear for guests at the front and the very back to hear.
Inside the marquee, we provided audio and lighting for the wedding breakfast and speeches combining gobos, uplighters, and statement chandeliers to create a warm, inviting space for the guests to enjoy their meal.
As the sun set, the evening celebrations came to life. We transformed the dance floor with layered lighting from floor to ceiling, incorporated the chandeliers into the design as well as mirror balls, and powered a full audio setup to support an incredible DJ flown in from Las Vegas.
Outdoor spaces were given just as much love with festoon lighting, Astera tubes, and atmospheric uplighting creating a beautiful walkway and immersive seating area stretching from the marquee to the house.
Later in the night, we set up a second audio rig for an afterparty inside the house, where guests danced well into the early hours.
It was an absolute joy to be part of this celebration, and to work alongside such a top-tier team. Seeing Madison and Robbie’s reaction made every moment worth it.
