We recently supported Studio One DCPA with their annual dance production at Pavilion Dance South West in Bournemouth. An event we’re proud to have been part of for many years now.
We provided both lighting and audio support, bringing a fresh approach to the lighting design while building on the strong creative partnership we’ve developed with the Studio One team.
The new design incorporated a mix of wash fixtures, moving heads, and Astera tubes, arranged in varied heights to add depth and dimension to the stage. This layered, dynamic setup brought a modern edge to the production and allowed for seamless transitions between performance styles and moods.
Each year, we like to introduce something new to evolve the show’s look and feel. Last year, we incorporated projection elements. This year, it was all about structure and visual impact through the Astera tube installation.
As always, it was a pleasure to work alongside such a passionate and creative team, helping to bring their choreography and vision to life through tailored lighting and sound.
